01 Day: Arrival Delhi

 

Meeting and assistance on arrival at the International airport, our representatives welcome and escort you by a private car and transfer to the hotel, whilst the room keys and check-in is organized, our representative would hand over the documents and brief the tour programme to you. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Delhi, towering capital city of independent and largest democratic country in the world: India. It is one of India’s modern and fastest developing cities with charismatic charm on its visitors. Delhi is located and sprawled on the both side banks of YamunaRiver. The city is enriched with culture, architecture and human diversity, Delhi city is blend of ancient past of India with vibration of modern world. Delhi houses finest museums, historical monuments, sightseeing places, and temples in the country. Delhi is designed by the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869-1944) & is tree-lined & spacious. Legend has it that the Pandavas of epic Mahabharata, the august heroes, founded Delhi, in the ancient time around 1200 BC the name of the city was Indraprastha, Delhi is developed and construed time to time on 7 ancient cities of the old age.

 

02 Day: Delhi

 

After breakfast  sightseeing tour to explore the historic city, firstly visiting Old Delhi: (Shahajahanabad) the majestic Red Fort, a marvel in red sandstone, Jama Masjid, the largest  and most splendid mosque in India, both built by emperor Shah Jahan of TajMahal fame, Rajghat, memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, where he was cremated.  Later in you opt cycle rickshaw ride past through the bustling and colorful bazaar of ChandaniChowk. The sightseeing  continue to explore the best tourist attractions of New Delhi include President House (RashtrapatiBhawan), the regal residence of British rulers, a palace built for British Viceroys. India gate, this monument was built to honour and tribute to the Indian soldiers, sacrificed themselves during the Afghan war, then visiting Birla Mandir (Laxmi Narayan Temple) built by wealthiest Birla family. Humayun’s Tomb, lotus shaped Bhai’s Temple, QutubMinar, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty; in the evening witness the light and sound show at Red fort. The show projects splendid history of 5000 years old city, a truly memorable experience.  Return to the hotel for overnight at the hotel.

03 Day: Delhi – Agra (210 kms 4 hours)

 

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and travel  toAgra.En route a stopover at Sikandra to see the Tomb of MughalEmperor Akbar. Later proceed to Agra. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

 

04 Day: Agra

 

Early morning, visit to witness the incomparable TajMahal with it’s speculative view at the time of Sunrise. TajMahal, the architectural modern day wonder of the world; this monument is a fine example of the fusion of many architectural styles is one of the wonders of the modern world. Taj, endowed it with some of the loveliest buildings in the world. The tour continues with a visit to the AgraFort from where one can get the most moving view of the Taj from the little octagonal tower in the Agra Fort, which lies, across the river Jamuna, followed by visit to PearlMosque and the Tomb of Itamad-ud- Daula built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. In the evening you may visit to the souvenirs market of Agra, one should visit Oswal Emporium where they have built a Mini TajMahal inside their showroom and it took 10 years for the artists to complete the mini replica of the Taj.  Overnight at the hotel.

 

Agra is famous as being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World-the TajMahal. A pleasant town with comparatively slow pace, craftsmen who are descendant of those who worked under the Mughals know Agra for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone. The city is also famous for its carpets, goldthread embroidery and leathershoes. Agra, and the nearby city of FatehpurSikri, is conveniently close to Delhi. Not only TajMahal there is other wonderful monuments and places to visit are: RamBaugh, Sikandra, Itmad-Ud-Daulah, FathepurSikri, around 35 kms from Agra, on the route of Agra and Jaipur.

05 Day: Agra – FatehpurSikri – Ranthambhor (180 Kms – 5 hours)

 

Today early in the morning you can opt to visit again at TajMahal at the time of Sunrise, Later check out the hotel and drive to FatehpurSikri, (37 kms from Agra), Old deserted town of Mughal DynastyFatehpurSikri built in red sandstone in honor of Saint SalimChisti who foretold the birth of 3 sons to Emperor Akbar, is an example of robust stability combined with originality. Each important edifice here represents a type by itself. Notable among them is the Diwan-e-Khas entirely unique in its concept is a tall vaulted room with an intricately carved central pillar and capital supporting a platform that once held the emperor’s throne. The airy PanchMahal a 5 storied structure rising in pyramidal fashion was probably used by the ladies of the court. Set like a jewel in a courtyard of pink sandstone is the finest building here, the marble Tomb of SalimChisti enclosed by finely carved, lacy marble screens. The BulandDarwaza, an imposing gateway 54 m high was built to commemorate Akbar’s Aligarh the famous university town is a center of Islamic studies. Akbar built in 1492; The Tomb is combination of Muslims and Hindu Architectural styles. After visit continue to drive to Ranthambhor. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Overnight at Ranthambhor

 

Ranthambhor, hailed as one of India’s finest wildlife locations, It was established as a sanctuary in 1959 and included in the very first phase of Project Tiger in 1972. The park derives its name from the fort of Ranthambhor, which sits on a rocky outcrop in the forest. The fort dates back to the 11th century when it was a vital citadel for the control of central India. Though overrun by vegetation, remnants of the summer palaces, temples and guard stones within the fort still remain. Earlier, the hunting preserve of the Maharajas of Jaipur, the Park at Ranthambhor was once the scene of royal hunting parties. Today, it is famous for its tigers and is one of the best places in the country to see these majestic predators in the wild.

 

06 Day: Ranthambhor

 

Today morning take Jungle Safari by open Canter accompanied by an expert naturalist to explore The Ranthambhor wildlifeSanctuary, one of the best places in India to see a tiger in its natural habitat. In the dry season tigers can be seen near the watering holes and are clearly visible in the dry forest. Return to the hotel for a lunch. Later visit Ranthambhor Fortover looking the National Park and JogiMahal. Also visit the famous Temple of Ganesha in the Fort. Rest of the evening free for leisure activities at the jungle resort.Overnight at the hotel in Ranthambhor.

 

07 Day: Ranthambhor – Jaipur (180 Kms – 3 ½ hours)

 

After breakfast checkout and drive to Jaipur. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Later in the evening visit to Birla Temple, speculator marble temple, glitters in the in the night, later at the time of dinner visit to ChokhiDhani – an ethnic 5 star resort serving Rajasthani&Continental cuisine with live music, astrology, games, folk dances and music, puppet shows in an ambiance of an ethnic village. Return to the hotel for overnight.

 

Jaipur Widely known as the ‘Pink City. This city is color washed pink to welcome Prince Albert, the consort of Queen Victoria of England who visited India in 1883A.D. The city was founded in 1727A.D by one of the greatest ruler Jai Singh II. Jaipur is surrounded by hills on three sides, crowned by formidable forts and majestic palaces, mansions and gardens. Jaipur is the only city in the world, which is sub-divided in to ninerectangular sectors symbolizing nine divisions of universe. Jaipur is the first planned city designed in accordance with ‘ShilpaShashtra’- epochal treatise of Hinduarchitecture.

 

08 Day: Jaipur

 

Today after breakfast explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amber Fort, situated just outside the city, enjoy the experience of ride on elephant back to and from the top of the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon take a sightseeing tour continues visiting ‘City Palace’ which is located in heart of the city. Known for Mughal and Rajasthani culture and art, residence of the royal family of Jaipur. Not far away is the Central Museum. JantarMantar was built by Rajpoot King Swai Jai Singh, he built 5 observatories, JantarMantar in Jaipur is one of them. HawaMahal is one of the major tourist attractions of Jaipur, called also ‘Palace of Winds’ built with a concept for the woman of royal families to speculate the royal ceremonies  and festivals without being visible to general public. Both the monuments are built in the complex of City Palace. Later late afternoon is kept free to visit the famous Markets of Textiles, Gems, Carpets, and handicrafts. Jaipur is an ideal place for buying souvenirs. In the evening take a cycle rickshaw ride to explore the colourful market of Jaipur city, optionally you can see the movie at Raj MandirCinema Hall, which is most beautiful cinema hall in Asia.

 

Note: At night visit to Kamal’s house (owner of the company) for Dinner. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

 

 

09 Day: Jaipur – Neemrana – Delhi (260 kms – 5 hours)

 

After breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Delhi, en route you can visit Neemrana Fort, which one of the magnificent fort of Rajasthan, converted into a heritage hotel,  where you can have your lunch also. Later continue to drive to Delhi, On arrival transfer to the international airport to board the scheduled flight for your hometown.

 

Neemrana Fort, It was a tributary chief ship of the former Alwarstate. The track is sandy and bleak and is known as Rath. The place is said to be the home of chauhan Rajput claiming descent from Prithvi Raj the last Hindu emperor. One of the descendents of Prithvi Raj the, embraced Islam and settled here. That is why the old lineage is shown by the title Rao and was recognized so by the ruler of Alwar. Lord Lake in 1803, as a punitive measure for the shelter and assistance given by then chief to the Marathas, confiscated the villages of the estate and made them over to Alwar.
